Every few months the Continental Market comes to Carlisle. It’s an opportunity to buy olives, breads, cheeses, jewellery and accessories that you wouldn’t normally see in the local shops. Salmon in a lemon and herb sauce, scallops and prawns with garlic butter. Served with lettuce, spinach and rocket with honey drizzle. I LOVE seafood and Tom is a fantastic cook.
