Findhorn is a pretty coastal village on the Moray Firth. We visited in April when it was a little bit chilly and walked along the front to the pebbled beach. The town is ideal for sailing and watersports and must be perfect to visit in the summer. I can imagine renting one of the houses on the bay and taking a boat out onto the sea from the bottom of the garden.
Something I didn’t know about Findhorn when I visited was that it’s the home of the Findhorn Foundation, a spiritual community with residents from over 40 different countries and sounds like an interesting place to visit!
